Curtis Rogers - President/CEO

Curtis Rogers was co-founder, President/Chief Executive Officer of Rogers and Associates Advertising, a recruitment and business-to-business advertising agency with 10 offices in major US markets. As one of the largest advertising agencies in the US, his diverse client base included Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Hospital, Apple Computer, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Motorola, Roche, Abbott Labs and Pfizer. His experience at Rogers included the development of one of the nation's first online career web sites, CareerTaxi.com. After TMP Worldwide acquired Rogers and Associates, he remained as Division President and was active with Monster.com. After TMP, Curtis moved to EmployChina.com where he was Executive Vice President/General Manager overseeing US operations. He was responsible for managing international marketing and growing the site from a small regional operation to one of the largest full-service employment companies and job boards in China. Today, Curtis is President/Co-founder of CKR Interactive, a recruitment advertising agency that specializes in employment communications with a strong focus on consulting and marketing driven strategy. He has his B.A. in Journalism and M.S. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.

Craig Freitag - Vice President of Creative Services

As Vice President of Creative Services, Craig brings versatility and flexibility to life at CKR Interactive. His creative abilities and 15 years of experience span from print, corporate identity and traditional advertising to multimedia, web design and online advertising. With each client with whom he partners, he crafts strategic and integrated concepts into creative, eye-catching campaigns that see positive results. Before joining CKR Interactive in 2001, Craig honed his recruitment advertising skills as a Creative Director for the Fortune 500 Company, Robert Half International. He was responsible for concepts and overseeing branding on such accounts as Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half, The Affiliates, The Creative Group and Benchmark. The prior 10 years of design and art direction experience came with being employed at product advertising agencies, handling notable clients such as Norwest Financial, General Motors, the Colorado Rockies and Coors Brewing Co. Craig holds a degree from the Colorado Institute of Art.

Kasey Sixt - Vice President of Branding

Kasey’s two decades of recruitment marketing and video production experience date back to Rogers & Associates, which she joined during the agency's early days. She relocated from Silicon Valley to Los Angeles when Rogers & Associates was sold to TMP Worldwide and then stayed on with the agency for several years as a division president. Most recently, Kasey worked with J. Morrison Group and reelPOWERED Productions helping organizations across the globe better tell their corporate story utilizing special events, social media and online video. She holds a B.S. on Communications and TV/Film from Ball State University.

Steven Haworth - Northeast Regional Manager

Steven has over 11 years of experience in recruitment advertising and HR marketing, and began his career with Sky Advertising as an account executive. He later served as VP of the Los Angeles office, opened offices in Chicago, Phoenix and Fort Lauderdale then moved to an Executive VP role in New York in 2007. While with Sky, Steven worked with such clients as Lisi Aerospace, Hertz, Noritsu, Metromedia Technologies, Children's Institute International, Phoenix House, NYU Langone Hospital for Joint Diseases, the Brooklyn Hospital Center and many more. Steven is primarily responsible for new business development in New York and the Northeast Region and making sure that CKR Interactive clients appreciate all the extraordinarily innovative products and services that the agency has to offer. Previously, Steven worked for Howard Publishing in Los Angeles, Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and Project Three Ensemble Theatre in New York. He received his MFA from Carnegie Mellon University and B.A. from CUNY, CCNY.

Ginger Powell - Director of Account Services & Diversity Specialist

With nearly a decade of recruitment marketing experience, Ginger delivers strategic planning expertise to the HR community with a focus on diversity and next generation recruitment solutions. For the past five years, she has been actively involved in local and national diversity associations, including the Society for Human Resources. She also leads diversity initiatives for CKR Interactive and the agency's clients. Ginger's extensive knowledge base includes strategies for building diversity hubs and hosting hiring events that help employers connect with a broad range of minority candidates. She also provides workshops and training to organizations seeking to become more inclusive workplaces and benefit from attracting a diverse workforce. Ginger attained her B.A. in Physical Education from the California State University, Long Beach.

Amiksha Patel - Director of Healthcare & Metrics Specialist

With over 10 years of recruitment and advertising experience, Amiksha is one of the agency's senior managers and has also become an expert in the area of metrics. She helps provide clients with strategic recruitment solutions, innovative recruitment ideas, extensive marketing and media plans as well as unparalleled customer service. Amiksha also has a passion for metrics and helped lead CKR Interactive's Recruitment Media Metrics™ product and worked with our development team to ensure that the product provides accurate tracking, metrics and reporting resulting in improved ROI for our clients. Amiksha grew up in London and landed in California after graduating with a B.A. Honors in Business and Marketing from University of Middlesex, UK. She loves traveling, cooking and hanging out with friends and family.

Skye Callan - Interactive Marketing Director & Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO) Specialist

Skye has over 10 years of marketing experience in a variety of industries including high tech, ecommerce, game and nonprofit. She specializes in all areas of search engine marketing (SEM) – paid advertising (PPC, PPA, CPM) – search engine optimization (SEO) and social media/online brand management. Her focus is to help clients get the exposure needed to attract top talent, while effectively managing their brand online and standing out amongst the competition. Skye received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from U.C. Berkeley and MBA with specialization in Marketing from N.Y.I.T. She is an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional and an active member of the American Marketing Association.

Andrew Gardiner - Business Development

Andrew Gardiner was Founder and President/CEO of ADVANCE Recruitment Solutions (ARS) and BAJobs.com. Today he leads the business development efforts of CKR Interactive’s headquarters in Campbell, CA. He is also a regular guest on The JOB radio show which airs Sunday mornings on 960 AM where he shares his knowledge and insights with local employers and job seekers. Over the years, he has been interviewed numerous times on local radio and TV shows focused on the Bay Area employment market, including KTVU, KCBS, KPIX, KGO, and KNBR. In addition, he’s written several articles covering employer branding and recruitment advertising that have been published in local blogs and newspapers. In those rare celebrations of free time, Andrew is extremely active in the local community, from volunteering his time at schools to coaching Little League & Pop Warner. He's also known to let loose with a savage game of tennis and play a mean piano. But above all, he enjoys spending time on the floor with his two kids, coloring outside the lines. Andrew has a B.A. in English from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Brandon Spencer - Director of Interactive Services

Brandon has a decade of experience in interactive and online design and development. After working at Motorola, Inc., developing hundreds of website solutions for their advertising market, and assisting in development and testing for the evolution of multiple interactive and development products, he decided to move on to a more senior role at CKR Interactive as our Sr. Web Designer/Developer in 2007. After growing the Interactive Department over the course of 2 years, he was promoted to Director of Interactive Services and is dedicated to providing the latest interactive, out-of-the-box, innovative website solutions to our department, and translating our Creative team's concept ideas and creative into award quality online designs.

Michelle Ferreira - Account Manager & International Recruitment Marketing Specialist

As one of CKR Interactive's most tenured employees, Michelle Ferreira manages relationships with several of the agency's largest accounts on a national and global scale. With a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from San Jose State University and an extensive background in event management, marketing and client service, Michelle offers cutting-edge, strategic solutions to clients who face tough challenges in today's recruitment marketplace. As the agency's international liaison, Michelle collaborates with our global agency partners to provide clients with international recruitment strategies that are unified and organized in the diverse markets of Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.

Kristin Oravec - Account Manager & Employer Branding Specialist

With 10 years of advertising and marketing experience, Kristin Oravec oversees the Phoenix office of CKR Interactive, serves as the Employer Branding Specialist for our agency, and manages the daily operations of several client accounts. She has worked extensively with clients on employer branding projects, new creative development, focus groups in foreign and domestic markets, strategic media planning and online sourcing solutions. With a passion for branding and helping employers realize their true identity, Kristin has become our consultant for employer branding strategy and process. After graduating with a B.A. in Communications from the University of Toledo, Kristin worked for two large recruitment advertising agencies and a product advertising agency, rounding out the skills that she now brings to her clients at CKR Interactive. As an active member of the VSHRA and VP of Communications for Pi Beta Phi Alumnae association, she has been involved in the local community.

Kendra Van Nostran - Account Planner & Research and Retention Specialist

With nearly 15 years of experience, Kendra Van Nostran oversees account planning and research for CKR Interactive clients. She conducts secondary market research and audience analyses to arrive at strategic solutions for employers in response to a range of recruiting challenges. Today, her work encompasses employee engagement and retention, and she counsels clients on novel approaches to reducing turnover and fostering engagement through customized and innovative programs, such as applying web 2.0 features and functionality to corporate intranets. Prior to joining the agency in 2007, Kendra held a number of marketing and communication roles in agency, nonprofit and university settings. A published author, her work has appeared in Communication World and ERE.net. She holds a M.A. in Culture and Communication from New York University and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Christina Teav - Account Executive & Mobile Marketing Specialist

With over 7 years of advertising and marketing experience, Christina continues to make waves in Account Services. As one of CKR's Account Executives, she mediates and nurtures the relationship between our clients and the agency. Staying ahead of the latest media trends is one of her many strengths. As our Mobile Marketing expert, Christina is helping us lead the way into one of the newest forms of advertising. With her ever-growing knowledge about Rich Media Mobile advertising, Christina continues to help our clients be positioned as the leader in their fields. In addition to her career, Christina enjoys yoga, eating and spoiling her adorable English Bulldog named Bruce Lee.
