Before founding CKR Interactive, Curtis Rogers was co-founder, president/CEO of Rogers & Associates, a recruitment marketing advertising agency with 10 offices in major U.S. markets, serving a diverse client base that included Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Hospital, Apple Computer, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Motorola, Roche, Abbott Labs and Pfizer.
His experience at Rogers led to the development of one of the nation's first online career web sites, CareerTaxi.com. After TMP Worldwide acquired Rogers & Associates, Curtis remained as division president and was active with Monster.com. Today, he is CKR Interactive’s President/Co-founder, a well-respected industry veteran with a potent combination of industry knowledge and business savvy. He earned his B.A. in Journalism and M.S. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
A little known fact
Recently, Curtis climbed Mount Kilimanjaro where he nearly traded his teenage son for four sherpas. However, the deal fell through when they met his son.
Craig brings 20 years of extraordinary creative and employer branding experience to CKR Interactive as Executive Vice President of Creative Services. For each client, he crafts strategic and integrated concepts into creative, eye-catching campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
Before joining CKR Interactive in 2001, Craig honed his recruitment advertising skills as a creative director for Robert Half International, overseeing concepts and branding on such accounts as Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half, The Affiliates, The Creative Group and Benchmark. Prior to that, he earned experience at product advertising agencies, handling notable clients such as Norwest Financial, General Motors, the Colorado Rockies and Coors Brewing Co. Craig holds a degree from the Colorado Institute of Art.

Craig has a wife, 4 daughters, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 2 rabbits. He’s thinking of opening up a zoo. Note: To clarify, the zoo will just include the animals.
Kasey’s two decades of recruitment marketing and video production experience date back to Rogers & Associates, which she joined during the agency's early days. She relocated from Silicon Valley to Los Angeles when Rogers & Associates was sold to TMP Worldwide and then stayed on with the agency for several years as a division president.
Most recently, Kasey worked with J. Morrison Group and reelPOWERED Productions helping organizations across the globe better tell their corporate story by leveraging special events, social media and online video. She holds a B.S. in Communications and TV/Film from Ball State University.
A little known fact
Kasey produced an independent feature film and opened it at the Toronto Comedy Film Festival. She also has five dogs. That makes 6 who attended the premiere. And since the dogs only had paws, Kasey gave it her two thumbs up.
Brandon’s talents in online design and development are without equal. He brings his unique gifts for intelligent, efficient and innovative work to CKR Interactive as our Director of Interactive Services.
He joined CKR as our senior web designer/developer in 2007, after working at Motorola, Inc., where he created hundreds of website solutions for their advertising department and assisted in the design and testing for the evolution of multiple interactive and development products. His passion for intelligent, eye-catching design and innovative website solutions has consistently helped our creative team turn outstanding concept ideas and creative into award-winning online designs, including a 2011 Webby Honor in the Employment category.

Brandon has been praised for having “the voice of an angel,” but we question the sound of Gilbert Godfrey portraying an angel.
One of CKR Interactive's most tenured employees, Michelle Ferreira keeps the agency's interactive projects on track and within budget. Her expertise includes preparing detailed project scopes, managing complex web-based communications projects and serving as the liaison between account services and the interactive department.
Notable projects she has steered towards success include career websites (among them, a 2011 Webby Honoree), microsites, mobile websites and apps, Facebook pages and more. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from San Jose State University and has a strong background in event management, marketing and client service.

Laurie brings more than two decades of strategic marketing and operational management experience to the agency. Prior to joining CKR, Laurie worked for two pre-IPO Silicon Valley software companies and at TMP Worldwide as an account director where she managed high profile accounts including Cisco Systems, Space Systems/Loral, KLA-Tencor and LAM Research. Most notably, she directed the Cisco account team that won “Best of Show” at the Creative Excellence Awards for its innovative “We Know Where Your Friends Are” Employee Referral Program. She was promoted to vice president/general manager, overseeing an office of 70 people and a $25 million budget, all while exceeding profit goals by 110%.
In addition to her professional leadership, Laurie has also been a contributor to the Chicago community that she calls home, volunteering her marketing, organizational and creative expertise. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
A little known fact
There's a lot of love for Wisconsin at CKR, but Laurie takes the cake. She's an NFL shareholder of the Green Bay Packers and dated Bucky Badger (the official mascot of the University of Wisconsin, Madison), recalling that he spent more time in front of the mirror than she. Who knew badgers were so narcissistic?
Andrew Gardiner leads the business development efforts of CKR Interactive’s headquarters in Campbell, Calif., a position he accepted after having served as founder and president/CEO of ADVANCE Recruitment Solutions (ARS) and BAJobs.com. He is also a regular guest on The JOB radio show, which airs Sunday mornings on 960 AM, where he shares his knowledge and insights with local employers and job seekers.
Andrew has also been interviewed numerous times for TV and radio programs focusing on the Bay Area employment market, and has written extensively about employer branding and recruitment advertising. He received his B.A. in English from the University of California-Santa Barbara

With over 10 years of recruitment marketing experience, Ginger is part of CKR’s senior management team and contributes her talents to drive the overall strategy for the organization. She is heavily involved in developing projects and programs, business plans, and providing key direction in program leadership and management, external relationships and knowledge management.
Ginger is actively involved in a number of local and national associations, and earned her B.A. from the California State University-Long Beach.
A little known fact
One day in high school, Ginger dressed as a rabbit for no reason. She hopped around the school yard without a care in the world and was voted “most spirited” on Senior Day.

Amiksha is one of CKR’s senior managers, with over 10 years of recruitment and advertising experience. She oversees all account service activity for the agency and its clients.
Prior to joining CKR Interactive, Amiksha spent four years managing accounts for Nursing Spectrum/NurseWeek. She brings real-world knowledge and insight of the challenges clients face, and excels at developing effective solutions to help them meet their goals. Amiksha grew up in London and landed in California after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from University of Middlesex, UK.

Kendra is the director of Peer Group US, overseeing primary and secondary research projects to arrive at strategic communication solutions. She has conducted research for a broad range of clients including Genentech, Cleveland Clinic, Covance, Banner Health and others.
Her research into the physical therapy workforce was selected as Best Research Project at the 2010 CEAs, which recognize excellence in recruitment marketing and advertising. Prior to launching Peer Group US, Kendra held research and marketing roles in agency, nonprofit and university settings. Her perspectives have appeared in Communication World and on ERE.net. She has a Master of Arts in Culture and Communication from New York University and is an International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) member.

While touring the Arizona State University campus as a prospective student, Kendra fell down an entire flight of stairs. After that trip, she chose to attend nearby University of Arizona.
Meaghan is one of CKR Interactive’s most strategic thinkers, leveraging her 12-plus years of experience developing B2B and B2C research and strategy initiatives. Her broad range of abilities includes brand platform development and cultivation, messaging development, segment marketing, product launches, campaign planning, corporate marketing and market research.
Meaghan’s excellent communication and collaboration skills, plus her ability to build alignment within highly-matrixed organizations, has been demonstrated in her work with clients such as HP, Dell, Powered, AMD, Adobe, Synopsys and Caterpillar.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona, and a Master of Arts in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

Despite being all of 5’ 3”, Meaghan has played every position in basketball. Even center, which she was best at. Granted, that was in the fifth grade. Now she roots for the Arizona Wildcats from the sidelines.
Christina manages several of CKR’s largest accounts, and oversees an account team that services clients in a number of industries. In her 12 years of experience, she has cultivated a strong expertise in advertising and marketing plan strategies, creative development, and event management, and has worked at multiple advertising agencies as well as a few large corporations, including Google.
She has a B.A. in Communications from University of California-San Diego and additional education in web marketing strategies and analytics. With an eye for detail and a passion for success, Christina has been helping her CKR Interactive clients achieve their objectives and find the employees they need and want.

Despite bearing an uncanny resemblance to Pippi Longstocking, Christina’s go-to Halloween costume is Peg Bundy.
