Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places with my husband and spend time with family.

I have over 18 years of experience in the industry and have been with CKR for over 16 years. Prior to joining CKR, I spent four years managing accounts for Nursing Spectrum/NurseWeek. I bring real-world knowledge and insight to the challenges clients face, particularly in the healthcare, research and higher education realm.
Outside of client strategy, I enjoy volunteering at my kids school, socializing and making memories with friends and family and learning about the history of wine and winemaking (maybe drinking some too).

Prior to becoming a CKR team member, I dipped my toe in the advertising agency world, working on Microsoft's B2B print media planning account. After that, I spent a majority of my career behind the scenes of a monthly travel magazine ensuring it published on time, every time and helping small businesses get seen in front of San Francisco's huge tourism industry. I enjoy helping clients find their unique solutions.
Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time with family/friends, practice yoga and meditation, and keep up with fashion and music.

Before joining the CKR team in 2013, I worked in recruitment marketing and communications for close to 20 years. I enjoy working with a diverse client base on projects ranging from media plans to career sites and have a love affair with actionable performance metrics.
When I’m not cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and working, I enjoy sandy sheets, fireworks, hanging with my husband and two boys, bike riding, basketballing and choir momming.
When it comes to work, I’m passionate about continually improving upon the past. In other words, we can always do better than our last project. This helps to make sure we’re on top of our game in terms of being an industry leader in career website experiences, as well as giving a benefit to our partners for future enhancements on their projects. Previously I was the Co-founder, President/CEO of Rogers and Associates, a recruitment advertising agency with offices throughout the United States. My experience at Rogers led to the development of one of the nation’s first online career websites, CareerTaxi.com. Rogers and Associates was acquired by TMP Worldwide where I remained as Division President, active with Monster.com. Today, I love working alongside the CKR team to provide outstanding service and innovative solutions to our clients so they can reach their recruitment goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy serving my community as a member of the City Council, the chairperson for West Valley Cities Clean Water Initiatives and Vice Chair for West Valley Cities solid waste. I'm also an avid Wisconsin sports fan.

I provide insights and optimize our clients programmatic campaigns to target the precise person who will apply to targeted positions.
When not I'm not analyzing metrics and optimizing media spend, I enjoy traveling the world and opening my mind to new and interesting cultures, foods, nature and languages. Although I’m not a coffee drinker, I wake up early and get through my day by doing what I love to do, digital advertising.

I have held various roles in the recruitment industry for more than 20 years. In my current role, I develop strategies and plans to help my clients attract the talent they need to make their business successful. One of the most rewarding things about my work is helping my clients get the most value out of their budgets.
When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my teenage daughter and being outdoors.
I have held my current position for the last 10 years and in this position, I maintain an exceedingly functional accounting environment while managing all accounts payable/accounts receivable duties. I solve creative and interactive problems through visual design and front-end website coding.
I’ve been at CKR since 2011, and have worked on a wide variety of visual and interactive projects during my time here, from employment brand campaigns and print collateral to designing and coding career websites and interactive augmented reality experiences. My passion comes from solving these problems and communicating in visual and interactive experiences that speak volumes about our clients while engaging potential job candidates. Before joining CKR, I worked in B2B and B2C direct marketing, honing my skills in print and web campaigns for businesses and higher education.
My free time is spent hiking in the beautiful Oregon outdoors with my wife and dog, sampling the local breweries and distilleries, and playing all sorts of board/video/card games with friends and family.

As a bit of a Mary Poppins, I have been immersed in a number of enlightening areas throughout my career — from working in higher education, social work, business administration to a brief stint in archeology — I've spent my life trying to learn why we work. What drives people to do what we do? How do we add intrinsic value to our projects and our day? At CKR I get to explore all of those questions with the end goal of connecting our clients with the people that will thrive on their teams. It's a fantastically rewarding puzzle and every day we find a new piece.
When I am not sporting my sweet fuzzy slippers in the office, I spend about 48 of my 52 weekends in the mountains! We play in the snow, trek to discover untouched lake islands in the Sierras and make sure our dogs are exhausted every Monday morning!

My strongest skills are centered on technical project management and establishing strong working relationships with clients, external vendors and internal departments. In my 15+ years of experience in the media and agency worlds, I’ve learned that what is most important to me is doing great work with smart, passionate people (clients and colleagues). This means making an investment in what you do, who you’re doing it for, and who you’re doing it with. And doing this with a focus on efficiency (i.e. work smarter, not harder) and intellectual honesty.
When I’m not working, I enjoy going to the park with my family, and going for a run - sometimes to the park!

Prior to joining CKR, I worked in marketing and sales in the software industry for two pre-IPO companies before joining TMP Worldwide, a large recruitment marketing agency in Silicon Valley where I was VP/GM. I had the good fortune of taking time off in the middle of my career to stay at home with my two children where I mastered non-profit work including six years on the school board, nine years as a girl scout leader, three years as a founding member of Sing for the Cure and CEO of my family before joining CKR in 2012. CKR allows me to build meaningful relationships with clients and prospects while showcasing the talents and wisdom of my colleagues.
I enjoy playing tennis, leading my local alumni group, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.

I graduated from Elon University in North Carolina and then continued south to work as an admissions recruiter at a college in Georgia. I was then brought into a communications role where I developed a passion for marketing. When I moved up north I accepted a role as a recruiting coordinator, which gave me first-hand exposure to the recruitment process. My current position as a client coordinator at CKR perfectly marries my experience and passion for both recruitment and marketing.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, finding the best bread in Philadelphia and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
I make sure that your projects run on time and on budget and I guide the development of our ReqMetrics product.
My background includes over a decade of hands-on data processing experience and more than seven years of project management, with a focus on business analysis and software development. That basically means that I'm a bit of a data geek with a techie-nerd edge. I love puzzles, and more to the point, I love solving puzzles and figuring out how all the pieces fit together. Whether it's working out a tight schedule with lots of moving parts or digging into raw metrics data to find out why click and apply rates may change from one quarter to another ... give me a mystery to solve!
Outside of work, I love sewing and making quilts (more puzzle, just made out of fabric), reading, biking and spending time with my family.

I started my career as a social media and SEO intern for a marketing agency in San Diego, then moved back home to the Bay Area to be a recruiting coordinator for a telecommunications company. A background in marketing with experience in the recruitment world made CKR seem like the perfect fit for me when I joined in January 2017 (and it is!).
Outside of work, I enjoy seeing live music, petting every dog I walk by, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, and brunching with friends on weekends.

Prior to joining CKR, I worked in consumer advertising with brands like Dunkin’ Brands, J.M. Smucker Co., and Disney Resorts. Today, I handle some of CKR’s largest and most complex accounts including The Mount Sinai Health System, I bring a high level of innovation and strategy, proactive account management and results-oriented campaign planning and executions to my accounts.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd (a rescue from Puerto Rico) and I also like to run, hike and box. Almost every Monday you'll find me serving hot meals to 400+ homeless New Yorkers.

Outside of work, I love to watch Philadelphia spots, play golf and tennis, and travel as much as I can.
I really enjoy being able to learn new things on a daily basis. The benefit of the learning is it allows me to do things more efficiently, which is something I strive for. I also enjoy being creative in solving problems that come up and doing things in a way that others may not have thought of. I also like that there’s a lot of opportunity in recruitment marketing to improve the industry from a technology perspective.
In 2012, I graduated from Moore College of Art & Design. Shortly after, I kicked off my career with a work experience in Switzerland, followed with multiple positions at smaller design agencies back in the states. In 2014, I joined the CKR Interactive team, where I handle creative projects for new and existing clients.
I enjoy applying design across all media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, as well as expanding my passion for photography. I am also an avid lover of the great outdoors.
