NCH Healthcare System is a comprehensive healthcare system nestled in beautiful Naples, Florida. CKR Interactive collaborated with the NCH team to develop a Career Site that provides candidates with the information they are looking for, easy navigation and a clear direction for how to apply. CKR also built an interactive tool for candidates to create their own customized benefits package. With a new campaign in place, the website reflects the look and feel of the new campaign.

All About Staffing

As Unique As You Are
CKR developed a Microsite template to provide career related information for a cluster of HCA hospitals. The Microsites are used for several markets across the USA. Based on the market and number of facilities, CKR selects photos and writes copy for each of the hospitals involved. With only one click to the hospital’s applicant tracking system, our goal was not to deter them from applying. Through these Microsites, CKR is able to track individual and group advertising that has never been able to be tracked before.

Applied Biosystems Music Download Microsite
The University Relations Department at Applied Biosystems was interested in reaching college students through social networking and Web 2.0 solutions. The music download microsite became part of the college marketing strategy. The functions of the site allow recruiters to send emails, updates, job opportunities, and personalized messages to students while increasing Applied Biosystems’ awareness to this demographic.

Genentech

Engineering Microsite
Working with Genentech, we knew they had a strong market position with professionals in research and development, but were lacking in a very critical area of business that had a number of open positions. While Engineers knew that Genentech was a successful biotechnology company, they were not aware of the opportunities available to them in the industry or the company. CKR Interactive developed a website that was highly targeted and focused to educate Engineers on the opportunities and how they could contribute to a successful organization.

Medical Directors Landing Page and Videos
In the months before a very important conference, CKR Interactive met with the BioOncology Clinical Sciences Recruiters to assess their needs regarding a particular hard to fill position. After much discussion, it was decided that the target audience didn't need more collateral with descriptions, they needed to hear from other professionals in the organization. CKR Interactive filmed several professionals that provided their individual stories and testimonials regarding their experiences at the organization and created a landing page where the videos and information would reside. Interested candidates could then fill out a form that linked directly to their relationship management system.

IGT Music Download Microsite
As part of the college recruiting efforts, music download cards were recommended as giveaways on college campuses. Students are directed to this microsite which collects the student’s information for future follow up. IGT’s goal was to generate a pipeline of candidates. With the creation of this microsite and registration database, IGT is able to reach out to candidates targeting an individual’s major, school, graduation date or other interest.

As one of Southwest Florida’s largest and most visible employers, Lee Memorial Health System continually seeks the best nursing and allied health staff for a range of opportunities. LMHS is known for providing exceptional benefits and career growth possibilities, strengths that are reflected in the “Away from the Ordinary” campaign. The landing page copy and Job of the Week promo are easily updated and tailored to specific campaigns, while the brief form allows prospective candidates – who are often too busy to fill out a full application – to easily express interest so that a Lee Memorial recruiter can follow up directly with each individual.

Life Technologies Event Microsite
To support the merger of two biotech companies, an exclusive networking event was planned to interact with both colleagues in the science community and key leaders from the newly formed company. The registration microsite was developed as an interactive tool to capture confirmations to the event as well as those unable to attend. On the backend, metrics provided the client with the number of emails opened, emails clicked, number of bounce backs and visits to the microsite.
