Whether planning her next weekend getaway or working with her clients to solve their recruitment challenges, always having an upbeat and positive attitude is what Melyssa strives for. Ten years of restaurant industry experience has only enhanced her service-oriented nature and hospitable personality (plus a real passion for good food and fine wine). Having obtained a degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida coupled with an extensive advertising and marketing background, Melyssa has a very "out of the box" approach to success in all things including the happiness and success of her clients and their recruiting needs.

Also the resident Internet Guru/Strategist, Melyssa assists in creating new products and online solutions. She currently works with some very cool clients such as Hard Rock Cafe, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Delaware North Companies and Benihana. Currently living in a very swanky overpriced loft in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Melyssa enjoys the sun and fun of South Florida and her role as an Account Executive with CKR Interactive.
