CKR’s research-based approach to attracting General Agents helped Ameritas increase its General Agent representation while boosting the company’s bottom line in the process. Our messaging strategy and integrated recruitment marketing campaign were driven by findings from in-depth interviews with current General Agents, and all media elements drove prospective candidates to a targeted microsite where they quickly learned what representing Ameritas could mean for their own careers. Within a few months of the program’s launch, Ameritas met its General Agent signing goal and was communicating regularly with the qualified General Agents in its pipeline.
