With five business segments and 50+ operating companies across the globe, Danaher’s products span some of the most demanding applications in the world. CKR helped Danaher improve its recruitment communications aimed at the country’s top MBA and undergraduate students by translating the Danaher Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into a strategic and detailed messaging framework.

From there, CKR developed a range of collateral items that — based on campus feedback and focus group findings — are raising awareness of the sheer scale and diversity of Danaher’s operations while communicating all the reasons why MBAs and undergraduates should join the company.
