Capitalizing on a rich history
A global specialty biopharmaceutical and medical imaging company with a 150-year plus history, Mallinckrodt was in need of a comprehensive brand and launch strategy and a new career site after a spin-off from Covidien. Global stakeholders and onsite meetings were hosted to gain insights into Mallinckrodt’s rich history, culture and key communications pillars. Identifying and weighing the importance of pertinent website features was also discussed. The outcomes from these strategy sessions helped lead the charge in the development of a comprehensive employer brand and launch strategy, as well as an award-winning career website.
